“The book contains not only writing, but also many forest photographs taken by the author. Just looking at the photos can be healing. The contents of the book also have a comforting feel. It gives you the feeling that you can relax while sitting in your room. I would like to recommend this book to people who do not get to spend much time outdoors because of work.”
