“In particular, an encyclopedia of food called *Jeongjoji* (鼎俎志) was a great help.”

I looked for related books both online and offline and collected them. In particular, an encyclopedia of food called *Jeongjoji* (鼎俎志) was a great help. It records dishes our ancestors enjoyed eating, and since it cites historical cookbooks such as *Eumsik Dimibang* (閨壺是議方, also known as *Gyugon Siuibang*), *Suun Japbang* (需雲雜方), *Gyuhap Chongseo* (閨閤叢書), and *Jeungbo Sallim Gyeongje* (增補山林經濟), it was a useful reference for learning about various ingredients.
