“I really recommend 0 to people like that.”

I think you can reflect on the emotions I've felt throughout my life, and it's a book where you can come to feel, “Oh, so I had this side to me.” It's a book I hope you'll be sure to read at least once when you come across it. I think this is a passage I wrote rather well myself: “You don't have to force yourself to be strong. Even if you do nothing and simply keep breathing, that alone means you're doing very well.” I'd like to highlight that passage. The audiobook is now on Chapter 5, “Am I doing well?” I hope you'll read it when you find yourself wondering that. The book's title, too, started from the thought that every moment of living as myself is a first for me, so of course I can't help being clumsy at it. Even if I may look glamorous and professional from the outside, I too have gone through a lot of trial and error. In fact, many people are growing through hardship, and I think you'll find that we're not so different after all. You may come away thinking, “Well, that's life,” and find some comfort in that. That's why I really recommend 0 to people like that.
