“My life will be divided into before and after this book is published. If my life up to now was given to me so that I could write this book, then I think my life from now on has been given to me so that I can make people want to read it.”

On the 11th, ahead of the book’s publication, he revealed his feelings, saying, “My life will be divided into before and after this book is published. If my life up to now was given to me so that I could write this book, then I think my life from now on has been given to me so that I can make people want to read it,” and showed his exceptional affection for the book.

“After finding the answer in the Bible, I became able to answer without hesitation when asked, “Why do you live?” That answer became the anchor of my life and the source of my passion. (Omitted) I earnestly hope this book can give a clear reason to live to someone who feels empty, lonely, isolated, anxious, afraid, or depressed—and, above all, to someone who is thinking of giving up on life (p. 10).”

J.Y. Park clearly explains near the beginning why he wrote this book: “After finding the answer in the Bible, I became able to answer without hesitation when asked, ‘Why do you live?’ That answer became the anchor of my life and the source of my passion. (Omitted) I earnestly hope this book can give a clear reason to live to someone who feels empty, lonely, isolated, anxious, afraid, or depressed—and, above all, to someone who is thinking of giving up on life (p. 10).”

At some point, JYP Entertainment CEO J.Y. Park appeared on a TV variety show and was talking about various things, but he was saying something a little different from usual. Listening more closely, I heard him talking about health and saying that it was more important not to eat unhealthy things than to eat things that are good for you, and that it was all explained in detail in the book he had written. He then told a celebrity sitting beside him who had panic disorder that reading the book could help them overcome it.
